Bagley Road Construction Alternate Routes

Due to road construction on Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, traffic delays may occur when trying to get to Southwest Family Physicians and Southwest General Health Center.

Bagley Road will be closed
June 13 – 27, 2011.

Use the following alternate routes to get to our office:

From I-71 North or South

  1. Exit Pearl Rd. and head north
  2. Make a left on Fowles Rd.
  3. Make a right on Old Oak Blvd.
  4. Entrance to campus on right before Bagley Rd.

I-71 South Bound

  1. Exit Snow Rd. & immediately follow Engle Rd. south
  2. Take Engle Rd. to Jefferson Park
  3. Make a right on Jefferson Park
  4. Make a left on Hepburn
  5. Cross Bagley Rd. at light to ER Entrance

Bagley Rd. from West

  1. Take Bagley Rd. and make a right at Eastland Rd.
  2. Follow Eastland and it becomes Fowles Rd.
  3. Make a left on Old Oak Blvd.
  4. Entrance to campus on right before Bagley Rd.
