Low Fat Cake Recipe

An extremely easy recipe for a delicious low fat cake.

What is needed:

1 white cake mix
1 can Diet 7up

Directions:

Mix cake mix with 7up and put into a greased 13×9 cake pan. The mixture will be thick and will just cover the pan…it will rise. Bake according to package directions. Frost with fat free frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.

This can also be made with 1 chocolate cake mix and 1 can of Diet Dr. Pepper.
